Sometimes, technology is totally mind-blowing. You’ll be amazed to see how functional this bionic hand is. It will be fascinating to see where this bionic technology goes in the next five years…

Patrick, a 24-year-old Austrian, decided to have his dysfunctional hand amputated and replaced with a bionic hand. After being electrocuted at work, he lost the use of his left hand. As he demonstrates the extra movement in his new bionic hand, we see him him open a bottle and tie his shoelaces. He also tests out a prototype hand which will give him additional wrist movement. The 180 degree hand spin is no joke!
