Awesome Fan-made Title Sequence – The Walking Dead

Though you’ll have to wait till Halloween for AMC TV’s new zombie series, The Walking Dead, you can enjoy an incredibly creative, fan-made title sequence right now. Created by writer/director Daniel Kanemoto, the video was originally inspired by Drew Struzan’s poster that Struzan designed for Comic-Con. After seeing that poster, Kanemoto decided to create his own cinematic introduction by animating the original illustrations of the comic book series. Daniel Kanemoto is not your average Joe Schmo, of course. He’s worked on commercial campaigns for major cable networks like Nickelodeon, MTV and Discovery Channel. Brilliant and well-executed!
