Adorable Baby Chicks Wearing Funny Little Hats

Chicks in Hats is one of those photo projects that will bring a huge smile to your face! There is something inherently funny about animals wearing people’s clothing. Maine-based artist Julie Persons created this series simply because she says, “I like to put hats on my chicks and take photographs of them.”

Each portrait features a baby chicken wearing a funny little hat. It’s impossible not to smile as we see the chick in the top hat, the bonnet, or the recently married chick-couple. The artist has an Etsy shop where you can purchase the photographs as a greeting card set or as single magnets that can hang on your fridge, which will surely cheer you up every time you pass by.

If you love Julie’s adorable photos, you can pick up one of her prints over at our online art store, My Modern Shop.
