Nice little French appetizer: Prunes and Bacon

For those of you who like to experiment new cuisines and surpise friends at dinners, here is a easy appetizer to prepare:Roll a prune in a bacon slice. Poke a tooth pick through it to keep it rolled.Put the whole thing in the oven at 400F. Wait till the bacon gets brown, get out of the oven.Serve warm with red wine.Enjoy and Bon Appetit !
