Record-Breaking 3D Street Mural

Ready for some record breaking art? You may remember seeing British artist Joe Hill’s awesome 3D artwork before. He’s back and breaking a world record this time! November 17 is Guinness World Records day, an annual day started seven years ago by the makers of the famous book, to encourage worldwide record-breaking in a 24-hour period. All records set on Guinness World Records Day 2011 are short-listed for inclusion in the Guinness Book of World Records' next edition.

London-based street art duo ‘3D Joe and Max’ teamed up with Reebok CrossFit to create the world’s biggest 3D street artwork to date. Located at London’s Canary Warf, the large piece is nearly 350 ft long and measures 9,601 square feet. Coolest part? How the anamorphic art encourages those passing by to work out and try the CrossFit movements. Of course, with all those precarious looking cliffs, that simple act looks pretty dangerous!

Unfortunately, the massive optical illusion will only be on display till the end of today (November 18th).
