The Glory of Galapagos: 2010

In a place where underwater wildlife still thrives, Darek Sepiolo continues to take some of the most incredible footage ever. You may remember his first Galapagos video, which was shot almost two years ago. The vivid shots he captures of hammerhead and whale sharks are absolutely breathtaking. Inspired by Hans Zimmer’s melodramatic music, Sepiolo uses music from the Dark Knight to make the scenes even more dramatic. “Galapagos is truly a nature’s miracle and I hope we’ll be able to save it for next generations,” he says. “As for the clip… I guess I was pretty lucky with the whale sharks. Then all you have to do is keep the camera stable.” Darek Sepiolo via [doobybrain]
