Last year, the holiday season was set ablaze by France’s Pompiers Sans Frontières (Firefighters Without Borders) and their sizzling, stripped-down calendar. Shot for a good cause by renowned Paris-based fashion photographer Fred Goudon, the risqué calendar proved to be a popular Christmas gift—both in France and abroad. In keeping with tradition, Goudon has photographed a new crop of au naturel pin-up models for his 2018 edition: French farmers.
There’s nothing fancy or technically complicated about the way Paris-based photographer Luc Braquet shoots. He does, however, have an innate ability to focus on the soul of his sultry female subjects, making their true characters come out. Braquet's been taking pictures since childhood, but it wasn't until he attended art school, at the age of 19, that he discovered his true passion for it. "Today, at the age of 25, I am obsessed with photography," he says. Braquet currently works as an Art Director at an advertising agency.
