We are the World Gets Remade for Haiti

Very cool news. Quincy Jones has confirmed that “We are the World” is getting remade with proceeds going to help Haiti. It’s been 25 years since QJ gathered some of the biggest stars to record this classic song. Recorded on Monday in LA, the day after the Grammy’s, sources say Usher, John Legend, Natalie Cole, Miley Cyrus, Jennifer Hudson, Will Smith, Jason Mraz, Sugarland, Sheryl Crow, Mya and Justin Bieber, and others may be participating. “It’s the 25th anniversary and it’s perfect timing,” Jones said.
