Amazingly Realistic Pop Culture Digital Art Portraits

There are certain films and TV shows that have strong followings. The areas of pop culture that these productions inhabit often lie within the realm of science fiction. From Doctor Who and Merlin to Thor and The Avengers, they're supported by devoted fans who often exhibit their appreciation through fan art. Michigan-based digital artist Angela Taratuta is one such fan that is drawn to the magical allure of fantasy and the supernatural. It's a treat for the rest of us to see how Taratuta translates that inspiration into breathtaking portraits of some of our favorite characters.

Selected prints of Taratuta's work is available to purchase on Society6.
