(Foto: Vincent Everarts)<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Con sus hipn&oacute;ticas instalaciones, el aclamado artista australiano <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kogler.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Peter Kogler<\/a> transforma habitaciones ordinarias en espacios surrealistas llenos de movimiento. Inspiradas en el minimalismo estadounidense, las l&iacute;neas de Kogler suelen ser blancas y negras para producir el mayor contraste e impacto posible. El artista usa tanto pintura como proyecciones para &#8220;tapizar&#8221; espacios que a menudo quedan en el olvido, como escaleras, vest&iacute;bulos y pasillos. De esta manera, elementos arquitect&oacute;nicos comunes y corrientes se convierten en espacios de exhibici&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>La carrera profesional de Kogler abarca m&aacute;s de 30 a&ntilde;os y es considerado uno de los pioneros del arte generado por computadora. El artista desaf&iacute;a constantemente los l&iacute;mites de lo que es posible con la tecnolog&iacute;a que tiene a la mano, y es una figura clave de la uni&oacute;n entre tecnolog&iacute;a y artes. &#8220;Siempre me ha interesado mucho la pregunta de hasta qu&eacute; punto mis lenguajes visuales o art&iacute;sticos pueden ser transformados por el desarrollo tecnol&oacute;gico y su cambio a diferentes medios&#8221;, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kogler.net\/essays\/peter-kogler-conversation-kathrin-rhomberg-0\">comparti&oacute;<\/a> en una entrevista en 2014. &#8220;Es algo que observo permanentemente, y eso significa que a menudo tengo que modificar mis piezas. Esta es probablemente tambi&eacute;n la raz&oacute;n por la que decid&iacute; trabajar con un vocabulario visual muy reducido&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Con l&iacute;neas serpenteantes que casi lucen como tubos, cada habitaci&oacute;n en la quee trabaja Kogler se convierte en un espacio din&aacute;mico que invita al visitante a sumergirse en el mundo del artista. Al jugar con las ilusiones &oacute;pticas, el movimiento cin&eacute;tico de las l&iacute;neas y los conceptos del minimalismo, Kogler afina y perfecciona su arte con cada nueva instalaci&oacute;n.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Las cuadr&iacute;culas en blanco y negro proporcionan un contraste intenso que tiene una presencia visual muy fuerte&#8221;, comparte Kogler. &#8220;La estructura de la imagen es completa y rodea completamente al espectador.
