Este incre&iacute;ble acontecimiento, que ocurri&oacute; en 2012, todav&iacute;a est&aacute; teniendo un dram&aacute;tico efecto en la comunidad cient&iacute;fica. Ahora, un grupo de investigadores austriacos est&aacute;n tratando de secuenciar el ADN de la planta para averiguar c&oacute;mo fue capaz de sobrevivir tanto tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>La historia comienza hace m&aacute;s de 10 a&ntilde;os, cuando un equipo de cient&iacute;ficos rusos, h&uacute;ngaros y estadounidenses recuperaron unas semillas congeladas en 2007. Estas se encontraban enterradas a 38 metros de profundidad en el permafrost siberiano. El equipo estaba estudiando las madrigueras de ardillas antiguas cuando hicieron el descubrimiento. Las plantas resultantes florecieron y fueron f&eacute;rtiles, seg&uacute;n un <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC3309767\/\">estudio<\/a> publicado por los investigadores. A lo largo de su carrera ha trabajado para varias instituciones culturales y ferias de arte en M\u00e9xico.
