Esto fue justo lo que le pas&oacute; al fot&oacute;grafo <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pioandreaperi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pio Andrea Peri<\/a>, quien utiliz&oacute; su dron para fotografiar su ciudad natal en la isla italiana de Sicilia. Lo que descubri&oacute; fue una sorpresa que puso a su peque&ntilde;a comunidad de <strong>Centuripe<\/strong> en el mapa.<\/p>\n<p>El peque&ntilde;o pueblo ya era conocido por sus ruinas romanas y raras esculturas antiguas, pero Peri realmente se fij&oacute; en su geograf&iacute;a. Tras observar su inusual forma en <a href=\"https:\/\/earth.google.com\/web\/search\/Centuripe,+Province+of+Enna\/@37.6218068,14.74106079,702.22307296a,2483.75957138d,35y,0h,0t,0r\/data=CigiJgokCXYfeVD6QjdAEXYfeVD6QjfAGZYjSBEv7WJAIS2oNXoorVnA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Google Earth<\/a>, decidi&oacute; utilizar su dron para ver qu&eacute; pod&iacute;a encontrar. Envi&oacute; su dron a la altura m&aacute;xima y comprob&oacute; lo que hab&iacute;a visto en internet: &iexcl;Centuripe ten&iacute;a forma de persona! Con sus cinco puntas que se extienden a partir de una masa central, el dise&ntilde;o de la aldea realmente tiene una forma que parece un ser humano.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a las limitaciones de su dron, Peri tuvo que unir varias fotos para que cupiera todo el pueblo. Cuando public&oacute; los resultados en internet, le encant&oacute; la reacci&oacute;n. Las im&aacute;genes se hicieron virales y, de repente, Centuripe se hizo conocido como el pueblo que parece humano. Y aunque algunos acusaron al fot&oacute;grafo de manipular la imagen, una r&aacute;pida comprobaci&oacute;n en Google Earth verific&oacute; que simplemente hab&iacute;a fotografiado lo que hab&iacute;a ah&iacute;.<\/p>\n<p>La antigua ciudad se construy&oacute; sobre una colina, lo que le da una buena posici&oacute;n estrat&eacute;gica. La ciudad qued&oacute; en ruinas en el siglo XIII, por lo que su dise&ntilde;o actual data del siglo XVI. Sus diminutas y sinuosas calles conducen a edificios adosados; y hoy, alrededor de 5,000 habitan Centuripe.
