Mari&eacute;e &agrave; <a href=\"https:\/\/mymodernmet.com\/fr\/christian-boltanski-deces\/\">Christian Boltanski<\/a>, elle vit et travaille aujourd'hui &agrave; Malakoff, au sud de Paris. Bien que ces motifs datent du d&eacute;but des ann&eacute;es 1970, le th&egrave;me de l'image de soi et des notions de beaut&eacute; est encore tr&egrave;s actuel. L'artiste &eacute;crit d'ailleurs &agrave; ce sujet : &laquo; Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les corps et les visages sont remodel&eacute;s, redessin&eacute;s, imagin&eacute;s, mais encore standardis&eacute;s selon les crit&egrave;res collectifs de notre soci&eacute;t&eacute; contemporaine. Agrandis, d&eacute;mesur&eacute;s, ces outils constituent une m&eacute;taphore de la couture, une c&eacute;l&eacute;bration du textile, mais aussi un hommage &agrave; toutes les couturi&egrave;res.
