L&rsquo;artiste et activiste <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vonwong.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Benjamin Von Wong<\/a> utilise son pouvoir de cr&eacute;ativit&eacute; pour mettre en avant ce grave probl&egrave;me et changer notre fa&ccedil;on de voir le probl&egrave;me.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Je suis toujours &agrave; la recherche de moyens passionnants pour rendre le probl&egrave;me ennuyeux de la pollution plastique plus int&eacute;ressant&#8221;, &eacute;crit Von Wong. Auparavant, il a cr&eacute;&eacute; une vague de plus de trois m&egrave;tres constitu&eacute;e de 168000 pailles en plastique ainsi qu&rsquo;une grotte en cristal comprenant 18000 gobelets en plastique. En plus d&rsquo;avoir un impact visuel, les images qui suscitent la r&eacute;flexion nous implorent de repenser notre fa&ccedil;on de consommer.<\/p>\n<p>La derni&egrave;re pi&egrave;ce de Von Wong intitul&eacute;e <em>Giant Plastic Tap<\/em> est sa plus ambitieuse &agrave; ce jour. &#8220;L&rsquo;ambassade du Canada en France m&rsquo;a contact&eacute; et m&rsquo;a demand&eacute; si je pouvais construire une installation artistique pour mieux attirer l'attention sur le plastique&#8221;, dit-il. &#8220;C&rsquo;&eacute;tait ma chance de cr&eacute;er plus qu&rsquo;une &oelig;uvre d&rsquo;art, c&rsquo;&eacute;tait ma chance de cr&eacute;er un symbole invitant le monde &agrave; #TurnOffThePlasticTap (<em>#FermezLeRobinetDePlastique<\/em> en fran&ccedil;ais)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Comme le hashtag le laisse entendre, l&rsquo;artiste et son &eacute;quipe ont construit un robinet g&eacute;ant qui d&eacute;verse des tas d'objets en plastique &agrave; usage unique &mdash; des bouteilles de nettoyage, des bouteilles d&rsquo;eau et d&rsquo;autres mat&eacute;riaux qui emplissent nos &eacute;tag&egrave;res. Von Wong partage &eacute;galement des clich&eacute;s fascinants des coulisses qui r&eacute;v&egrave;lent comment tous les mat&eacute;riaux du projet ont &eacute;t&eacute; r&eacute;utilis&eacute;s. Le robinet, par exemple, a &eacute;t&eacute; fabriqu&eacute; &agrave; partir de conduits de ventilation encastr&eacute;s.
