Mom Designs Adorable Costumes for 3-Year-Old Daughter to Wear Around Disney World

During their regular weekly visits to Disney World, Florida mom Jennifer Rouch and daughter Lane are quite the noteworthy visitors. Before the pair venture to the park, Rouch uses recycled materials from local thrift stores to sew together elaborate character costumes for her daughter. The 3-year-old girl has played all sorts of roles including Cinderella, Belle from Beauty and the Beast, Tinkerbell, Jane from Tarzan, and Jasmine from Aladdin.

Using annual passes, mom and dad visit the park to help break their little one out of her shy shell. “We wanted [Lane] to not be crippled by shyness, so we took her to a place where a kid could feel happy and safe to dream and play and be themselves or anyone they want to be.” Happiness and magic radiate from the photos of Lane as she gets to meet her Prince Charming, hug Tinkerbell, dance with the Beast, or simply enjoy being a princess for a day.
