No Doubt’s Awesome Ablum Artwork by El Mac

Los Angeles-based street artist Miles MacGregor, better known as El Mac, has recently collaborated with rock band No Doubt to put together one awesome album artwork for the band's next full-length album, their first group effort in over ten years. El Mac held a photo shoot with the band members and created four acrylic wood panel portraits of them based on the in-studio shots he captured.

Taking him six weeks to complete, the artist used his signature maze-like brushwork on each board. The monochromatic results have more than pleased lead singer Gwen Stefani, who was already a fan of the muralist. She even tweeted “Can't believe El mac did this for us!! Incredible amazing artist!” with a link to the cover art. The album featuring El Mac's creative work, titled Push and Shove, comes out at the end of the month on September 25th.
