Modern Architecture: Muse National des Beaux Arts du Qubec (4 pics)

Denmark-based architecture firm BIG teamed up with Fugere Architectes to create this proposal for the Muse National des Beaux Arts du Qubec competition. The main feature of the design is a grand green roof that slopes at quite a precarious angle, but is accessible for people to walk on. The sweeping form surrounds two large facades that reveal the changing exhibitions inside the museum, as massive windows flood the interior with daylight.
