Hauntingly Beautiful Skeleton Makeup Girl

Unlike famed model Rick Genest, whose face and body is actually tattooed to look like a skeleton (earning him the title of “Zombie Boy”), model Clmentine Levy's skeletal look is the creative result of expert make up artist Mademoiselle Mu and fashion photographer Pauline Darley. The strong, spooky look was produced for an editorial spread in Ever Magazine titled She Has Waited Too Long. There's something both haunting and attractive about these portraits that's difficult to explain. What is about fashion photography's fascination with mortality juxtaposed with feminine beauty that is so alluring?

Expert makeup artists transformed this model by painting alluring skeleton makeup.
