Rainbow Ice Cream Taco Is the Perfect Way to Celebrate Summer

Rainbow Ice Cream Taco Rolled Ice Cream Sweet Cup

Just in time for warmer weather, Southern California-based ice cream shop Sweet Cup has introduced a new colorful creation: the rainbow ice cream taco. Offering a sweet spin on the traditional taco, this tasty treat is a perfect way to celebrate summer.

Each frosty dessert features a waffle cone shell, an ice cream filling, and an assortment of trendy toppings. While these components can also be found in a conventional ice cream cone, the tacos take each to the next level. The shells, for instance, come in a variety of fun colors, including pink, purple, and even black. Furthermore, rather than fill the shells with scoops, the Sweet Cup team employs an increasingly popular method that results in rolled ice cream. Each taco is then topped with an assortment of sugary garnishes ranging from sauces and syrups to candy and cereal.

Sweet Cup customers can either customize their own tacos or choose from the shop's menu of popular, pre-set flavors, including Rainbow Road, Charcoal Coconut 24K, and Monster Ink. While we wish these tasty tacos were up for grabs every day, Sweet Cup only offers them on Tuesdays. So, if you'd like to stop by the shop to try a taco, be sure to plan ahead!

Specializing in rolled ice cream, Southern California shop Sweet Cup has come up with a colorful creation: the rainbow ice cream taco.
