Giant Puppies Inflate and Deflate in Mid-Air

How much fun is this? As part of the Belfast Children's Festival, which runs from March 8 to March 15, huge inflatable red and white dogs are being suspended in mid-air! It's a unique art installation, called Space Pups, at Ulster Museum in North Ireland. Every two minutes the puppies inflate and deflate. This action symbolizes the natural cycle of life – birth, death, and rebirth. The company behind it is Space Cadets.

As the Ulster Museum states on their Facebook page, “The Space Pups have arrived…and it seems as if this dream-like installation of enormous inflatable dogs is not only pretty cool to watch but offers the added bonus of instilling a sense of calm…So if you're in need of some peace and tranquility between now and the 24th March pop down and see us!”
