Glowing Jellyfish Tank in Abandoned Building Surprises Liverpool Residents

Artist team Walter Hugo & Zoniel recently surprised the city of Toxteth, Liverpool by installing this massive psychedelic aquarium tank behind a shutter in an old, abandoned building.
