Clever "Hipster" Harness Helps Dogs Recover from Painful Hip Problems

Owners of poor little pups who suffer from hip problems such as dysplasia may eventually be able to make use of this helpful harness to assist with such debilitating conditions. Created by industrial designer Galia Weiss, the Hipster prototype is a colorful harness concept that was developed to support a dog's femur while at the same time pulling up and strengthening the hip muscles.

Luminous Abstract Paintings Filled with the Energy of NYC Nightlife

We were excited when New York-based artist Alexandra Pacula contacted us to share information about her first solo show, Luminous Heights, at Gallery Henoch. The collection features rare and stunning cityscape paintings of New York City, with a bit of a twist. The artist beautifully blurs city lights from buildings, street lamps, taxi cabs, and bridges to create an abstract portrayal of the urban environment from various perspectives.

Photographer Erkin Demir mainly works in fashion but he also creates beautiful blended photographs through a creative exploration of double exposures. The Turkey-based artist creates intriguing compositions by merging landscapes and architecture with fragmented bodies and faces to create a complex representation of forms. By fusing the various details together into one collective image, Demir creates an interesting depth to the otherwise simple portraits.

It's not your typical embroidery,” explains Woolnough.
