Optical Illusion Bookshelf (4 pics)

From a bending bookcase apartment to a branching bookshelf, what we put our books on has evolved over time. In fact, I'm sure you'd agree that we have come along way from the standard bookcases and bookshelves. John Leung and Australian architecture firm Clarkehopkinsclark have created the isometric perspective bookshelf with a design that furthers this evolution. Named Bias of Thought, it's perplexing yet still very practical.

Here's a design that's sure to knock your socks off. Hideyuki Nakayama designed a doorknob that let's you see what's going on in the next room. The coolest thing about it is its simplicity.
