Complex Cardboard Sculpture of TIME’s Person of the Year

Michael Murphy, the Georgia-based artist who creates those incredible multilayered sculptures, just unveiled a new commissioned piece he created for TIME Magazine. For their iPad edition of their annual Person of the Year issue, Murphy made a huge 8′ X 6′ X 7′ cardboard sculpture of President Barack Obama.

Beautiful Watercolor Paintings of European Landmarks

From San Marco Square in Venice to St. Peter's Basilica in Rome, Europe is home to some of the most beautiful architectural landmarks in the world. Using bright and beautiful pastel watercolors, artist Maja Wronska recreates a few of these landmarks and their picturesque surroundings. The Poland-based artist is studying architecture at the Warsaw University of Technology.
