Exquisite Cityscape Collages

Russia-based artist Serge Mendzhiyskogo constructs cityscape collages using a mix of hundreds of different photos. Each image involves splicing and reforming an innumerable amount of photographs into one kaleidoscopic-like picture. The technique that Mendzhiyskogo employs adds a dizzying and almost busy effect to these already populated urban landscapes. He offers a new perspective that can't be seen by the naked human eye.

Illuminated Dripping Light Drop

Created to make us think about the way we use our natural resources, like water, the Light Drop designed by Wever & Ducre is a wall-mounted lighting installation that's not only interesting to look at but also pretty clever. The faucet-like taps control the dimming of the LED lights, so the more you twist on the tap, the brighter your room becomes.

Dripping and Splattering Watercolor Paintings

British artist Dave White has a signature style that involves an explosive application of drips and splats of paint. Often referred to as the UK's Andy Warhol, White recently showed off a new body of work in London for his Western-inspired show Americana. As part of that series, White created watercolor on paper works that are reminiscent of some of the first pieces he debuted over 20 years ago.

Hilarious Muppet Cake Pops

With the impending release of the Disney's The Muppets (in theaters November 28th), the furry, lovable characters can be found everywhere. Just on this site alone, we've seen retro concert posters, Threadless' new Muppets t-shirt collection, and the minimalist Muppets t-shirt design by Sandra Gibson. Adding to that list, we now we have delicious cake pops baked by Angie Dudley of Bakerella. These edible creations look exactly like the gang, only in cake form!
