Ballerina Misty Copeland Mesmerizes on "Late Show" Performance with Cellist Yo-Yo Ma
On The Late Show With Stephen Colbert this past Monday, two renowned performers wowed us with their beautiful collaboration. Ballerina Misty Copeland danced to the courante from Bach's “Cello Suite No. 2,” as played by cellist Yo-Yo Ma. The presentation showcased both of their talents–Copeland gracefully floated across the stage, as Ma's bow glided across the taut cello strings to honor Bach's timeless composition.
