Luxurious Eco-Friendly Mansion Exists Entirely Below Ground

For those wanting to lessen their negative impact on the environment, the best place to build is down. Known as “underground homes” or “low-impact houses,” these structures minimize the amount of green space used by containing entire buildings below the Earth's surface. Two English firms–NC Homes and Huntsmere–have proposed an underground dwelling that's as luxurious as a conventional, above-the-soil structure. Called Perdu, it's a circular three-bedroom home located on the grounds of Bowdon in Manchester.

The account showcases a fraction of the ornate mosaics that grace the different locales of the French city. Erras captures a variety of artistic styles, from structured geometric patterns to fanciful flourishes to colorful characters. They're all exquisitely crafted with tiles that rest under the photographer's fashionable feet.

“Cat Jenga” is a Brand New Challenging Game for Feline Fanatics

If you consider yourself both a cat lover and a Jenga master, then Cat Jenga might be the perfect new challenge for you. A Chinese company called Common has developed a brand new version of Jenga by cleverly combining cutout kitty poses with the game’s precarious stacking challenge. Players have to balance the wooden cat-shaped pieces on top of one another, as high as they can, with the hope that the feline silhouettes don't topple over.
