Interview: Photographer Dedicates His Career to Documenting Tribes on the Brink of Extinction

Polish photographer Adam Koziol is on a race against time. In his mission to document dying tribal cultures around the world, the young photographer travels extensively, seeking out indigenous peoples on the brink of extinction. Thus far, his work has brought him to Africa and Asia, where he's been able to make contact with 18 tribes and conduct photo shoots with these incredible people.

Capturing the Magic of New York’s Chinatown Before Dawn Breaks

During a trip to New York City, French photographer Ludwig Favre found himself staying in Chinatown. Inspired by what he saw around him, Favre made it a point to capture the magic of the neighborhood. So, the day of his flight, he woke up early in the morning to grab a coffee and snap shots of the sleepy streets before the sun went up.

Photographer Visualizes Hearing Loss as Artistically Blurred Street Photography

Viewing his photos as paintings, Chilean photographer Eduardo Asenjo Matus has a unique technique for capturing the spirit of his environment. Using a neutral density filter, he employs long exposures to focus in on his primary subject, leaving the rest in an artistic blur. The former graphic design and architecture student started this series, The Sound of Silence, in 2015 as a way to reflect his own emotions.
