Human Organs Formed with Wild Plant Arrangements

Lungs UK-based, Guatemalan-born artist Camila Carlow was not deterred by the complexity of the human body when she was developing her series Eye Heart Spleen. For the project, she transformed a handful of normally grotesque, bloody organs into an array of greenery and beautiful blossoms. Carlow collected all of the wild plants during early morning in Bristol and photographed the unusual arrangements in natural daylight.

Artist Creates Huge Photorealistic Portraits of His Family

Grandmother 24-year-old artist Dino Tomic (aka AtomiccircuS) has completed five of six photorealistic portraits of his family using colored pencils, charcoal and acrylic. While he's equally skilled at creating digital art as well as making hyperrealistic colored pencil drawings of eyes, it's these large-scale portraits that has us in total disbelief. While Tomic is also a tattoo artist by trade, he's been spending a lot of his time making these mixed media portraits.
