Little People in the Big City (16 pics)

Trespassing The Little People Project by London-based Slinkachu is one of my all-time favorite art installations. After remodeling and painting miniature model train set characters, he places them on the street and takes photographs of them in funny and interesting predicaments. “The street-based side of my work plays with the notion of surprise and I aim to encourage city-dwellers to be more aware of their surroundings.

Huge 3D Wall Murals are Off the Wall – John Pugh (12 pics)

At first glance, it looks like an earthquake destroyed the walls of this building. Amazingly, it's just an optical illusion – even the woman looking inside is fake. The paintings, which have fooled many, were created by Californian-born artist John Pugh, who specializes in trompe l'oeil or “trick of the eye” art.

BMW Baby Racer II: Has BMW Gone Too Far?

Ok BMW you have got to be kidding me with this baby car. No really? Let's get one thing straight. I am a loyal fan of your cars. Hubster and I adore our Beemers. But what the hell is this? Sure the Baby Racer II features actual rubber tires to provides extra grip and handling in the corners and I like how its suppose to be considerably quieter than their plastic counterparts.

Magnificent Modern Murals by El Mac

El Mac (or The Mac) is a Los Angeles born artist who's been studying art since childhood. He draws inspiration from LA's Mexican and Chicano culture as well as from pin-up and religious art. We love his photorealistic depiction of women and how uses color. Creating unique and one-of-a-kind murals and graffiti, he's been commissioned to paint all across the US as well as in France, Denmark and Mexico.
