Cirque du Soleil Art

Travis LouieContemporary pop artist Ron English joins Travis Louie and Tara McPherson in creating original art posters for Cirque du Soleil Zarkana. Currently playing in New York, Zarkana is a reinvention of the variety show, with a story about a magician in an abandoned theater who has lost his love and with her, his magic has disappeared.

Charlotte by Audrey Kawasaki

My Modern Met favorite Audrey Kawasaki was signing her newest piece Charlotte when Arrested Motion stopped by her workplace. Charlotte was originally showcased at the Suggestivism show back in February 2011. Just like some of Audrey's paintings, this one is slightly dark but incredibly beautiful.
