Artist Completes His Whimsical Illustrations with Blooming Flowers

The flowers in artist Jesuso Ortiz‘s garden are destined for a creative life. Daisies, roses, and lily petals bloom off Ortiz's illustrations, completing his sketches in clever, visually seamless ways. In the Spain-based creative's world, a flower can be an umbrella in a colorful rainstorm, an ice cream scoop cradled in a cone, and even a flamenco dancer's flaring skirt. Ortiz's use of flowers gives his sketches a 3D effect.
