New Layered Resin Goldfish Paintings by Riusuke Fukahori

Though he had been creating them for years, Japanese artist Riusuke Fukahori busted out into the online art scene only last year with his three-dimensional goldfish paintings created by pouring resin. It's interesting to note that once he even began using resin, the artist kept it a secret for eight years until he perfected his technique.

Artist Carne Griffiths has just debuted a powerful new set of work for his show Invisible Lines at Above Second Gallery in Hong Kong. The beautifully messy portraits are made with conventional materials like calligraphy ink and graphite but he also drips liquid onto his works like herbal tea and alcohol.

Australia’s Infinite Stairway to Heaven

Diminish and Ascend is a sculptural installation by artist David McCracken that, from certain angles, looks like a never-ending staircase. Part of the annual event known as Sculpture by the Sea in Bondi, Australia, the staircase is one of the most eye-catching pieces at the outdoor exhibition this year that allows the mind to wander and imagine a surreal escape.

Massive Fabric Sculpture is Life-Size Home within Home

One of our favorite contemporary artists has just come out with his largest work to date. Do Ho Suh is a Korean sculptor and installation artist who's known for his thought-provoking sculptures that often have to do with migration and personal space. These themes reflect his own move from his homeland of Seoul, South Korea to New York. At the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MMCA)
