Massive Chandelier Made of 10,000 Swarovski Crystals and 3,000 LED Lights

Outside of London, Sydney has been all the rage these days as the metropolis that's been putting on some dazzling outdoor art events. This past March, it debuted the very first outdoor opera in Australia on a custom-made stage built over the water. Over a three week period, Opera Australia, in conjunction with Events NSW, created the biggest single production ever attempted in that country.

Well, Brazilian artist Guilherme Kramer decided to eliminate those feelings of loneliness by giving each nameless face that he saw proper recognition. Across the course of one year, Kramer was inspired to draw the faces that he saw in his daily life onto a giant blank wall of an office in So Paulo, Brazil.

Amazing Paper Bird Sculptures Reveal Their Internal Anatomy

We've seen our fair share of paper bird sculptures, but artist Diana Beltran Herrera takes the art of hand-crafting the delicately ornate creatures in a new direction. Rather than simply constructing the outward appearance of the multilayered bird figurines, the Colombian artist exposes an additional layer of paper-cut intricacy. Through a series of carefully placed clear vinyl film, we get a window into the inner constructs of these replicated creatures.
