Unique Flooring Made with Vintage Leather Belts

If you're looking for something that's more original than wood or carpet flooring, well, Inghua Ting has it. Her company is called Ting, and it reuses vintage and reclaimed leather belts and turns them into a unique home decor treatment. They reside on floors, are fashioned into rugs, and are even featured as interior accents for walls, stairs, and doors. Better yet, using these specially-collected belts means that no two pieces are ever the same.

Playful Furniture Design Looks Like a Giant Comfortable Birdsnest

Israel-based Merav (Salush) Eitan and Gaston Zahr of OGE Creative Group were inspired by the structure of a bird's nest to develop this large, playful reclining space. Called Giant Birdsnest for Creating New Ideas, the circular wooden structure is filled with soft, egg-shaped pillows and is intended to function as a “fusion of furniture and playground.

G.I. Joe Toy Figurines Amusingly Captured in Yoga Poses

When you see a G.I. Joe toy figure, would you expect that he'd be in the middle of a yoga pose? Probably not. But now, with creator Dan Abramson's Yoga Joes, the small green men are completing moves like the downward-facing dog, child's pose, and even the crow. They look similar to the plastic figures that hold guns, but instead they're now working their body and mind.
