90,000 Colorful Plastic Ball Installation Inspired by Monet

As an architectural pop art tribute to Monet, Canada-based architects and designers at Claude Cormier + Associs Inc. used 90,000 plastic balls to adorn Le Havre City Hall's landscape as part of its Contemporary Art Biennale. The installation, titled Pergola, boasts an eye-catching visual swirl of blues, reds, and purples to add an alternative liveliness to the viridescent garden and urban landscape.

Plastic Surgeon’s Hilarious Elevator Ad

We've seen a similar kind of juxtaposition done with Michelangelo's The Creation of Adam mural on the celing of the Sistine Chapel, but this site-specific ad by Dr. Kim's plastic surgery office takes it to another level. Colorful Geometric Illustrations of London 2012 Olympics

Athens, Greece-based visual designer Charis Tsevis has just released some of his most fantastic work to date. Created for Yahoo!'s coverage of the London 2012 Olympic games, they're six illustrations that show “once-in-a-lifetime moments that happen every four years.” Tsevis made three images for three different sports (diving, gymnastics and running) with an extra image for running to represent celebration and victory.
