New Yorkers Appear Frozen in Time in Super Slow-Mo Video at 960fps

Filmmaker Glen Vivaris offers another vision of the city in a short clip he recently published. By using the Super Slow-mo feature on his Samsung Galaxy S10 phone, the hands of time are greatly decelerated, leaving the streets of Manhattan nearly frozen in time.
