Watch Sculptures: Moments in Time (Part 2)

Dominic Wilcox has added five new pieces to his watch sculpture collection, covering topics from protests to soccer. The British designer has created mini sculptures that are centered around the theme “Moments in Time.” The scenes are drawn from “everyday observations and imagined situations.” Wilcox uses such an innovative approach to skillfully captures these snapshots of life.

Sparkling Swarovski Downlights in Bathroom

Who wouldn't want to turn off all the lights and take a nice, hot shower in this bathroom? Spotted on Freshome, this beautiful bathroom was designed by Blanca Sanchez of Halo Design Interiors. Inspired by the most exclusive hotels in the world, she designed this bathroom for a large residential mansion in one of the most exclusive residential housing areas in the UK. Check out those clusters of sparkling Swarovski downlights! How magical is that?

Unconventional School Without Walls

Imagine going to school in an unusual learning environment like this! It's what the students of Vittra Telefonplan do every day. Located in Stockholm, the Swedish free school organization is founded on a vision of creating a place where “the physical space is the school's most important tool” in student development. In light of this, a team of architects at Rosan Bosch created an unconventional space where the average classroom is eliminated.

He used donuts as his central theme and then created analogies that struck a chord…with over a 100,000 people. The quick whiteboard drawing that was whipped up in five minutes on February 3 has gone viral.
