The History Channel's first foray into webisodes brings us a storyteller with a thick British accent (lovely!) and some cool animation (rad). Twelve historical tidbits are neatly packaged and delivered on the History Channel website. Great and Telling Tales by Timothy Dickinson has subjects that range from Charles Darwin and Rasputin to Halloween's Origin and The Moon Hoax. They're only a little over a minute each which is good for those with video ADD but bad for those who wanted a deeper history lesson.
Hearing Timothy Dickinson's voice, I'm reminded of the grandfather I never knew. Someone pass the cocoa and blankets, it's time to get acquainted. History Channel website
