Catalonia-based creative team 05AM Arquitectura is known for their innovative design and old-meets-new aesthetic. For Maison à Colombages, an inventive interior project, the firm put a contemporary spin on a classic structure. Located in the outskirts of Paris in La Varenne Saint Hilaire, Saint Maur des Fosses, the gorgeous 19th century home features a traditional French façade. From the outside, it appears entirely old-fashioned; however, inside, it is completely contemporary.

A 21-year-old named Aidan Walters and his family have Christmas spirit that goes through the roof… literally. They shot for the moon this year by buying a 20 foot Christmas tree, knowing full-well that the ceiling of their house wasn't that high.
