Organized Rows of Gold-Coated Popcorn Hang Overhead

This puffy white popcorn is certainly not for snacking! LA-based Pae White is a multimedia artist who blends art, design, and architecture into a variety of captivating creations. In this piece, she created tiny porcelain, gold-glazed kernels that were installed as part of multiple shows throughout 2011. In each installation, she attached popcorn pieces to thin wires hanging down from the ceiling.

Eye-Catching Mural of Audrey Hepburn in NYC’s Little Italy

Brooklyn-based Tristan Eaton recently created this eye-catching mural, entitled Audrey Hepburn, along the streets of Little Italy in New York City. The American artist and toymaker was just one of the many talented people to participate in the L.I.S.A. (Little Italy Street Art) Project, an initiative that brings together a diverse group of street artists to create Manhattan's only mural district near historic Mulberry Street.

Spectacular Day and Night Composite Shots of Major Cities

Day to Night is a spectacular ongoing series by fine art photographer Stephen Wilkes featuring urban landscapes that transcend the confines of time by presenting day and night shots of iconic cityscapes in one image. Using up to 1,500 images from a 15-hour shoot day (from sunrise to sunset), Wilkes takes about a month to edit his shots into one composite image that reveals the gradience of time.
