Colorblind Photographer Captures Magical Lava Flows

Photographer Sean King captures the beautiful glow of lava-flowing volcanoes against the starry night sky in Hawaii. Despite being colorblind and facing temperatures of up to 2,000F, the determined and dedicated photographer manages to produce awe-inspiring images that boast the fiery radiance of molten rock gushing and streaming down the natural landscape. It's unbelievable to think that King has only just recently picked up a camera.

Various Collections Organized In Shocking Abundance

Photographing scissors is interesting, but collecting dozens of pairs, arranging them in organized patterns, and capturing that on camera is another story. Portland photographer Jim Golden is fascinated with objects and the people who own them. His latest project involves gathering specific themes together, working with stylist Kristin Lane to arrange the composition, and producing these organized still lifes filled with excessive gadgets, tools, and junk. Each image is titled according to the featured goods.

Kids From Around the World Display All Their Toys

Every kid has a favorite toy or two. Even as adults, we can all think fondly back to that special action figure or stuffed animal that we loved to carry around with us. Italian photographer Gabriele Galimberti wanted to explore those personal connections through his photography and so he traveled around the world for 18 months, documenting children surrounded by their favorite toys.
