Teenager Captures Colorful Side of Veganism with Beautiful Food Arrangements

Raw Vegan Cheesecakes: choco-mint, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry, passion fruit, chocolate, and cherry

Believing that “life is too short to eat boring food,” 16-year-old foodie Jose (@naturally.jo) crafts colorful works of edible art. Each fanciful food arrangement is made using only vegan ingredients, showcasing the tasty, Technicolor side of the seemingly strict diet.

Each of Jose's culinary creations features a focus on color and a tendency toward experimentation. Though most dishes incorporate staples like fresh fruit, frozen berries, and vegan chocolate, his creative approach to each ensures that no two recipes are alike. Similarly, while he mostly makes and shares treats like beautifully blended smoothies, raw cakes, and pretty popsicles, his use of inventive themes make each sweet special, from an eclipse-inspired smoothie bowl to galactic ice pops.

Each photo posted on Jose's Instagram account is accompanied by a list of ingredients, inviting fans of the foodie to recreate his recipes. So, if you've been considering a healthier diet, now you can do it in style with Jose's vibrant and vegan creations.

Specializing in vegan food arrangements, teenager Jose (@naturally.jo) creates edible works of art.
