South Korean artist Kim Sun Hyuk, has created a new series entitled Drawn By Life, that depicts Hyuk's interpretation of the human root system. Sculpted from metal, each piece has an incredible structural layout and elegantly depicts the figure we are intended to see. All the forms are also hollowed out, looking as if the roots that were encasing the image has been removed. Notice the emotion these pieces carry given some of their limited use of lines.
