Fighting
Currently based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia, photographer Irving Lubis, aka Pink Sword, takes advantage of some gorgeous sunsets to produce this vibrant collection of silhouetted photography. Many photographers know that it is often difficult to photograph directly into the Sun, but Pink Sword doesn't seem to have any problems with it!
The photographer remains a bit of a mystery, stating in his bio only that, “I love a friendship.” What we do know is that he is a talented photographer and his images are captivating. The photographs in this collection are so universal, it's easy for viewers to identify with the basic scenes like kicking a soccer ball, watering a plant, or riding a bike.
The striking black set again the golden orange and yellow hues of the setting sun are stunning and even without massive detail, each photograph has a strong narrative that tells a great story. Pink Sword helps the viewers develop the intended story by giving each scene a clever title like The Nomad, Do You Love Me, and Heal the World.
