Magical Miniature Clouds by Sarah Ann Wright

London-based photographer Sarah Ann Wright says she shoots “fun and dreams.” Though she's skilled at capturing everything from landscapes to portraits, it's her quirky conceptual photos of clouds that caught our attention. The miniature white masses seem to magically float over a glass cup and a pair of hands as they send down showers and snow.

While we've seen our share of stunning steel wool photography before, never have we come across it in incredible gif form like this. France-based engineer and photographer Mathieu Degrotte shares his fascination with fire in his Animated Gifs folder at DeviantArt. In particular, the 24-year-old's spinning steel wool gifs are absolutely mesmerizing to watch.

LG’s Terrifying Elevator Prank

LG has just released an amusing video that shows what happens when unsuspecting elevator passengers believe that the floor has dropped out on them. As incredibly cruel as this may be, it's also quite genius. To show just how realistic or “lifelike” their new high-definition computer monitors can look, they installed nine of them, in a grid-like form, on top of the elevator's floor.
