Jessica Stewart is a Staff Editor and Digital Media Specialist for My Modern Met, as well as a curator and art historian. Since 2020, she is also one of the co-hosts of the My Modern Met Top Artist Podcast. She earned her MA in Renaissance Studies from University College London and now lives in Rome, Italy. She cultivated expertise in street art which led to the purchase of her photographic archive by the Treccani Italian Encyclopedia in 2014. When she’s not spending time with her three dogs, she also manages the studio of a successful street artist. In 2013, she authored the book "Street Art Stories Roma" and most recently contributed to "Crossroads: A Glimpse Into the Life of Alice Pasquini." Conceptual photographer Janelia Mould of Cheeky Ingelosi Fine Art Photography specializes in shooting surreal concept images that tell a story. Based in South Africa, Mould's work gives a window into her mind, transporting us with her into a fantasy land. Specifically, her series Melancholy – a girl called depression is a moving account of mental illness. The conceptual portrait photography reveals the raw emotion felt by sufferers of depression.

Innovative Installation Casts Shadows Like a Sundial to Create Moving Messages

The clever art installation Time Changes Everything, is an innovative twist on mural art. Instead of paint, Indian artist Daku manipulated the sun's rays to create this ever-changing artwork. By cutting letters from thin sheets of metal and drilling them to the building at precise angles, over 70 words are cast along its facade. As part of the St.Art festival, which curates public art in Delhi's Lodhi district, Daku's carefully realized installation demonstrates the power of words.
