Disney World Offers New Wedding Experience Letting Brides Be Cinderella for a Day

“A dream is a wish your heart makes,” says Cinderella–and for engaged couples with a particular soft spot for the princess' story, that wish just might come true. Disney Weddings has recently announced a newly sanctioned wedding venue at its Florida resort: the East Plaza Garden, which sits at the end of Magic Kingdom Park's Main Street, just in front of Cinderella's castle.

Though fairytale fanatics have held weddings at Disney World for years, the Railroad Train Station is the only other allowed setting within Magic Kingdom Park. Of the 35 total venues, many are located at Epcot, with a few at Disney's various restaurants and ballrooms. The opening of the East Plaza Garden represents an enchanting opportunity to make happily-ever-after even happier, granting real-life charmed pairs a chance to share their vows as if on the set of a storybook. Wedding parties can even arrive at the aisle in Cinderella's coach.

But even miracles take a little time–and money. Ceremonies begin at 9:30am and cost a minimum of $25,000. Still, tying the knot in true fairytale fashion is priceless.
