The 15th century was a period of major artistic growth in Europe. While the Italian Renaissance is known for its advancements in color and understanding of anatomy, the Northern Renaissance popularized the use of prints. Dancing Light Paintings Contour Nature With Fiery Streaks of Illumination

And photography, at its core, is about light; the practice takes its name from the Greek words phos meaning “light,” and graphê, meaning “drawing.” Brazilian photographer Vitor Schietti has fully embraced the nature of light in his work.
