Newlyweds Rebecca and Brian Pepper were in for a big surprise when an uninvited guest showed up at their sunset photo shoot in Tamworth, Australia last week. In the middle of a lush paddock, posing next to a rented vintage car, the couple was approached by a curious young bull, whose photobombing made their wedding photos extra unique. The photographer, Rachel Deane of Finishing Image Photography, told the bride and groom to ignore the inquisitive beast as she snapped away, capturing incredible shots of the bull inching closer and even sniffing Rebecca's dress.
Things took a turn for the unexpected when the bull suddenly ducked its head, started kicking up dust with its hooves, and prepared to charge. Luckily, Brian–a canola farmer who's grown up around bulls all his life–knew exactly how to deal with the creature. He “seized the bull by the horns,” drove it back, and eventually shooed it away without any harm. The remarkable encounter was documented on camera by Deane, whose photos will give Rebecca and Brian something to look back at when they recount the extraordinary story to friends and family down the line.
